Solvent disposal equipment
DunaTec’s solvent disposal equipment is capable to disposal the solvent onsite. The installation is PLC controlled, there is no need for operator person. Thanks of the exoterm process, the nascent heat is freely usable.
The basic of the technology is, that at the proper temperature and pressure, the solvent are transfered into gas phase. Under application of the correct temperature and pressure in the tank of the equipment, we are able to reach this solvent concentration in gas phase which is sufficient for an autotherme combustion on katalizator.
Our technological sewage treatment system at Egis Nyrt. works with 99% efficiency. In the course of the cleaning we take the advantage of the volatility of the substances in the sewage. The entering sewage goes through an desorption tower, in this tower 99% of the contaminant in the water diffuses into the flow of the fresh air. The quiting air goes through a dropremover than enters into the equipment of catalytic oxidising (KATOX). In the KATOX take place the oxidation of the pollutants. The gas goes through a heat exchanger after the catalyst accross, which recovers the heat. The heat exchanger works (or completed) with bypass to avoid too high temperature in the system to prevent the equipment. The quitting stack gas goes in a washing tower to remove HCl from the gas.
